Getting started with rewa

rewa puts your loyalty card on your customers' phones. They sign up once by scanning a QR code at your counter, save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and show it when they pay. Nobody downloads an app. These are the four steps to your first stamp.

1. Create your card

You set up your program during sign-up. First you pick one of two mechanics:

  • A stamp card: each visit, or each amount spent, adds stamps. A full card earns the reward you choose.
  • Points and rewards: each purchase adds points, and the customer spends them on a menu of rewards you put together.

Then you write the reward, choose how stamps or points are earned, and pick your colors, logo and code type. The card preview under each step shows what your customer will see. At the end you sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email, and pick a plan or start your 14 free days of Pro. You can change everything later from Card (or Program, for points) in the Menu.

2. Print the sign-up poster

The poster has the QR code your customers scan to join. Print it with Print the counter QR, on the Dashboard next to the register card, and put it where people pay. To send the sign-up link by WhatsApp or post it on Instagram, use Share link right beside it.

3. Your first customer signs up

The customer scans the poster with their phone camera and fills in their name, email, phone and birthday. We email them a 6-digit code, they type it in, and the card is ready. They can then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. The cashier types nothing: the register never creates customers.

4. Add the first stamp

Open Register from the navigation. Tap Scan card and point the camera at the code on the customer's phone. Their card appears with their name and stamps. Tap Add stamp and you're done. If they came without their phone, type their phone number instead.

The register guide covers rewards, undo and the points register.

After the trial

The trial includes everything in Pro for 14 days. Pick a plan in Plan & billing before it ends. If it ends without a plan, the register pauses until you choose one, and your customers and their stamps stay as they are.
