Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms govern the use of Rewa, the loyalty platform available at tryrewa.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these conditions. If anything is unclear, write to contact@tryrewa.com before signing up.

1. What Rewa is

Rewa lets physical stores build and run a loyalty program with one of two mechanics: a stamp card, or points redeemed for rewards. The customer carries the card on their phone and your team scans it at the counter to add stamps or points and give rewards. Rewa does not charge your customers' purchases or replace your register or point of sale. The account belongs to the business that creates it; in these terms, “you” means that business.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email, using a code we send you, or with your Google account. Registration details must be real and kept up to date. You can add people to your team as admins or operators. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and Google account, for who you give access to and for everything that happens inside your account, including your team's activity at the counter.

3. The program and the points

You define your program's rules: how much each visit or purchase earns and the rewards. Stamps and points expire according to your settings. Stamps and points have no monetary value: they can only be redeemed for your program's rewards, not for money, and cannot be transferred outside the program.

The benefits you promise your customers are your commercial commitment. Rewa is the tool you manage them with, not the party granting them.

4. Plans and payments

Rewa has two monthly subscription plans, Basic and Pro, with prices in US dollars published at tryrewa.com, and a custom Enterprise plan. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. Charges are made by card and processed through Polar; Rewa never sees or stores your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings: no new charges are made and your account is paused, keeping your data and your program. You can also pause it for 1 to 3 months, with no charges while the pause lasts. When the trial ends, if you have not subscribed, your account is paused as well.

If we change our prices, we will let you know in advance, before your next charge.

5. Your customers' data

Your customers sign up themselves from your business's QR code, with their name, email, phone and date of birth, and choose whether to receive notices from you. You are responsible for that data toward your customers and you commit to using it only for your program. Rewa processes it on your behalf and only to make the program work, as described in the privacy policy. If a customer asks to be deleted, you can do it from their profile: their personal data is removed and their activity stays without it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Rewa for illegal activities, upload people's data without permission, send unsolicited communications, try to access other businesses' accounts or data, or interfere with the operation of the service. If we detect abuse we may suspend the account.

7. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may add, change or remove features; if a change significantly affects how you use Rewa, we will let you know.

8. Intellectual property

Rewa's software, brand and design belong to us. The data you upload (your catalog, your sales, your customers) is yours: you give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

9. Closing your account

You can close your account anytime by writing to us. Before closing it you can ask us for a copy of your data. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; except in serious cases, we will warn you first so you can fix it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profits or customers, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rewa after that date means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any questions or claims, write to contact@tryrewa.com: we read and answer everything.
