The Dashboard shows who comes back and what your rewards cost. At the top is the register card, with Add a stamp (or the points version) to open the register, and next to it Print the counter QR and Share link. If you don't have customers yet, you see the three steps to your first one instead.
Activity for the period
Pick the period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or All) and how to group it (By day, By week, By month or By year). The numbers follow the period you pick:
- Came back: customers with activity on two different days in the period.
- Stamps given, or Points given with points.
- New customers, split by where they signed up if you have more than one location.
The chart shows stamps and rewards (or points and redemptions) over time, so you can tell whether the card is picking up, stalling, or responding to something you tried. With stamps, Export CSV downloads the last 12 months, one entry per row, with each customer's full contact details. Treat that file with care.
Rewards
Rewards to give counts full cards that haven't been redeemed yet. If that number grows, people reached the end and didn't come back, and they're the ones most worth reminding. Rewards given counts what you handed out in the period, and Value of rewards given shows what it cost you, using the cost in your catalog. If a cost is missing, the Dashboard tells you which product to link or which cost to fill in. At the bottom you see Cards in progress and the stamps or points expiring in the next 30 days.
Sales, if you record amounts
If the register records purchase amounts, this section shows Billed, Average ticket and Sales that feed the program. If you don't record amounts, a line says there were no sales with an amount, and the card works the same. The full list is in Sales, in the navigation.
Your card, at the bottom
The last section, Your punch card or Your points program, sums up your rule and has the only edit button: Edit card or Edit program.
Customers and their card
In Customers you see each person with their balance, and the Reward ready badge on those with a full card. Tap a name to open their page: their card as they see it, the Stamp history with every entry (from a visit, from a purchase, rewards given, expired stamps and adjustments), and View their card, which opens the same page the customer has on their phone.
